Fathers Day

I had absolutely zero planned for today.  Why?  We were supposed to be camping all weekend and I thought we would celebrate Father's day weekend from our campsite. Friday was amazing, Friday night was super fun, slept ok, had breakfast (side note:  is there anything better than coffee and eggs and bacon eaten on a campsite....I submit to you that there is not)  and the rains started.   With rains expecting to last all day (which they did) and more thunderstorms and wind that night (which there was) we packed up and drove home (only 25 minutes this weekend).  

So for Father's Day I was left without a plan.  Caleb and I woke up earliest and ran and got donuts.  Then church and pizza ranch, which was Craig's request.  After some quiet time and naps Craig wanted to go to "our" state park (the one in our town). 

And so here we are this afternoon, celebrating one of the best father's I know.

Andie likes to run on the trail and dance and play when we get to our destination, Isaac follows on the trail and then finds a quiet spot to think and look around.
